1. About PhoneFoodie
PhoneFoodie is a hyperlocal platform that connects users with restaurants, grocery stores, vendors, delivery partners, and other service providers for ordering food, essentials, and related services.
2. User Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use PhoneFoodie.
- By using PhoneFoodie, you confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
3. User Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account.
- PhoneFoodie may suspend or terminate your account if we detect misuse, fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
4. Services Offered
PhoneFoodie may offer services including but not limited to:
- Restaurant food delivery
- Groceries delivery
- Meat and fish delivery
- Ice cream and cakes delivery
- Bakery and snacks delivery
- Daily essentials supply
- Pickup and delivery services
- Shop and purchase assistance
- Part delivery hub
Service availability may vary depending on location, business hours, seller availability, and operational conditions.
5. Orders and Payments
- All orders placed through PhoneFoodie are subject to acceptance by the seller or vendor.
- Prices, offers, delivery charges, and availability may change without prior notice.
- Payments may be made using supported payment methods such as UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery where available.
- PhoneFoodie is not responsible for failed transactions caused by third-party payment gateways, banks, or service providers.
6. Delivery
- Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, seller preparation time, rider availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- PhoneFoodie will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery but does not guarantee exact delivery times.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
- Orders may be cancelled only within the permitted time and before the order reaches a preparation or dispatch stage, subject to seller acceptance.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to the applicable refund method and processing timelines.
- Perishable goods such as prepared food, fresh groceries, meat, fish, cakes, bakery items, and similar products are generally not cancellable once preparation or packing has started.
8. Returns Policy
- Perishable items are non-returnable.
- Non-perishable items may be eligible for return within 3 hours of delivery, subject to verification.
- Return requests may be accepted only for valid reasons such as wrong item delivered, damaged item, defective item, or missing item.
- The item must remain unused and in reasonably original condition where applicable.
- Requests made after 3 hours from delivery may not be eligible for return or refund.
9. User Conduct
By using PhoneFoodie, you agree not to:
- Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
- Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information
- Misbehave with delivery partners, sellers, support staff, or other users
- Attempt to disrupt, damage, or misuse the platform or its services
10. Seller Responsibility
- Sellers and vendors are responsible for the quality, quantity, hygiene, labeling, packaging, legality, and safety of the products they provide.
- Food sellers are responsible for applicable food compliance requirements, including FSSAI where required.
- PhoneFoodie acts as an intermediary platform and delivery facilitator where applicable.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhoneFoodie shall not be liable for:
- Product quality issues originating from sellers or vendors
- Delays caused by weather, traffic, seller issues, technical downtime, or circumstances beyond reasonable control
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform
12. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your PhoneFoodie account at any time through WhatsApp using the following link:

- Deletion requests are generally processed within 24 to 48 hours after verification.
- Certain data may be retained where required by law, fraud prevention needs, dispute resolution, or legitimate business and compliance purposes.

Your use of PhoneFoodie is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you agree to our collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
14. Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, text, graphics, software, designs, and other content made available through PhoneFoodie are the property of PhoneFoodie or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
15. Changes to Terms
PhoneFoodie may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will become effective when published on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
